The following ticketing policies are set forth to help you understand the ticketing process at LandrysTickets.com. If you have any questions about the information about this process, please contact us. These ticketing policies are part of our terms and conditions when using this site.

LandrysTickets.com makes every effort possible to process ticket orders as soon as we receive them, in most cases within twenty-fours hours, some orders may take longer to fulfill and delivery of those orders will be guaranteed no later than two weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise stated. If you order tickets within two weeks of an event, your tickets will be shipped out the next day according to the shipping method you have selected.

LandrysTickets.com will contact you prior to shipping out your order, to confirm section, row, and seats. We want to make sure your are 100% satisfied with your seat selection. We will not ship tickets out unless you are happy with them.

QUANTITY:
When selecting the number of tickets, please keep in mind that orders of more than two seats and orders with an odd number of tickets (3,5,7,9) could take longer to fulfill and sometimes may not always be side by side. LandrysTickets.com can only guarantee at least two seats together, we make every effort possible to get all seats together and will work with you to locate exactly what you are looking for. Certain seating restrictions do apply, if you have any questions please contact us.

PRICE:
The price shown is the base price for each ticket in that category, the price may go up when selecting seat location and selecting row. For the lowest price ticket in that category please select Best Available Seat Location and Best Available Row. For more information please contact us.

SEAT LOCATION:
For the lowest price ticket please select Best Available Seat Location. When selecting Request Cowboys Sideline or Request Visitors Sideline, please keep in mind that you are only asking for this area, we do not guarantee it, we do try to make every effort possible to fulfill your request, and in most cases we do. If you must have a certain sideline, please select Guaranteed Cowboys Sideline or Guaranteed Visitors Sideline and we will provide the tickets in this area. The guarantee feature is only available on the sideline seats. Because of different setup configurations, at venues and stadiums, seat location and/or yard line descriptions may vary from time to time.

ROW SELECTION:
If you select Best Available Row LandrysTickets.com will select the best seats for your order. For the lowest price ticket please select Best Available Row. For more information please contact us.

Lower Level Sideline:
If you wish to be close to the field next to all the action then select Rows 1-13. If you would like to be about half way up then select rows 14-38. This option does cost a little bit more money per ticket. For those who wish to be higher up, then select best available and request higher rows in the sepcial request box, on the order page when you give your name and other information.

Lower Level Endzone's:
If your category is in the Lower Level Endzone's then Rows 1-24 are in the first half of the section and Rows 25-38 are in the second half of the section.

Upper Level Sideline and Endzone's:
Rows 1-10 are the lowest rows on the upper level. This option does cost a little bit more money per ticket. Rows 11-18 are the higher rows.
